Where the Story Begins
William T. Austin laid the foundation for a place that would become part of Texas history and inspire a vision for generations to come.
2023
The vision is cast
Austin Point and Signorelli hosted their “Town-Making” event onsite where founding builders, community leaders, consultants and partners were invited to hear the vision for the transformative 6,400-acre master-planned destination directly from Danny Signorelli, CEO. The event introduced Austin Point as the geographic, economic and cultural heart of one of Texas’ fastest-growing regions.
2025
A Vision Takes Shape
As Phase One came to life, Austin Point celebrated the opening of all 12 model homes from nine builders at its Open House Party, and by year’s end, residents had begun moving in and calling the community home.
2026
Building the Foundation
Austin Point marked its Phase One grand opening with the Paint This Town Red event, celebrating the opening of The 1824 amenity center. The community’s first parks, trails, and gathering spaces also began to take shape. Honor Society at The 1824 officially opened, offering coffee, connection, and an early glimpse of Austin Point’s future.
