For Avisus and Tory, Austin Point hits the sweet spot between their personal styles and values. “Tory is from New York, and he immediately loved the alley-loaded garages and walkable layout because it reminded him of the city. I wanted something more rural, more peaceful, and that’s exactly how Austin Point feels when you drive in,” said Avisus.
Choosing Perry Homes as a homebuilder felt just as intuitive for the couple. “We looked at different builders, but Perry stood out,” said Avisus. “The open floor plan, the quality, the warranties, and the ability to make personal choices – it all aligned with what we were looking for. And Hannah, our design consultant, made it a great experience. She was amazing. We had a tight schedule, but she made sure we never felt rushed or overwhelmed.”
Avisus and Tory are excited, not only about the home itself, but also about the lifestyle Austin Point offers. “We’re ready to walk the neighborhood, visit The 1824 for wine nights, and get to know our neighbors,” said Avisus. “Tory’s going to be very close to his work; he can basically bike there. My commutes vary because I travel for my job, but with all the infrastructure improvements happening around Austin Point, that’s only going to make it easier for me.”
They’re also eager to see what opportunities emerge as the community expands. “We’re entrepreneurs, so we’re excited to see the commercial development evolve here and figure out how we might be able to get involved,” she added.
Avisus didn’t hesitate when asked what advice she would give to others who might be considering a new home in the area: “If you’re someone who values connection, who wants to know your neighbors, and who cares about quality, then Austin Point is where you want to be. Perry Homes gave us the options and quality we wanted, and Austin Point gave us the community we were looking for.”
