A Look Back at Austin Point’s Open House Party

10.03.2025

On Saturday, Sept. 27, Austin Point officially kicked off its next chapter – and the future of Fort Bend County is looking more vibrant than ever.

More than 300 prospective residents and community members came together for our highly anticipated Open House Party, celebrating the launch of Phase One home sales and the grand unveiling of our 12 new model homes – now available for touring!

The event offered something for everyone, from live music and food tastings to family-friendly activities and big-ticket giveaways. One lucky attendee even walked away with a $20,000 grand prize toward the purchase of a new home at Austin Point.

“It was amazing to see so many families come out and experience what Austin Point is all about,” said Todd Hamilton, Director of Land Development for Austin Point at The Signorelli Company. “Austin Point is designed as a people-first community, and this event was a milestone moment marking the beginning of something truly special for Fort Bend County. With the opening of our 12 model homes, families now have a chance to picture their future in a place built for front-porch living, community events, and lifelong connections. The Open House Party was a real celebration of the inclusive community lifestyle we’re building here.”

More than 300 community members gathered for the Open House Party to celebrate Austin Point’s community launch, tour the model homes, and meet all nine homebuilders participating in Phase One.

A First Look at the Model Homes

The event served as the public debut of our 12 model homes, representing all nine homebuilders participating in our first phase: Ashton Woods, Beazer Homes, CastleRock Communities, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Westin Homes, and William David Homes.

The models are a tangible showcase of the unique architectural styles buyers can expect at Austin Point, from Texas Ranch and Mediterranean to Tudor Revival and Contemporary. The models highlight our thoughtful design elements that define Austin Point, such as welcoming front porches, garages discreetly behind the homes, and walkable streetscapes that encourage active lifestyles and interaction among neighbors.

Community, Celebration & Connection

The Open House Party captured the spirit of what Austin Point is all about: building a vibrant, connected community where everyone feels like they belong.

Throughout the day, attendees enjoyed live music by The Louis Adams Symphony and sweet treats from Southern Ice Cream. Each homebuilder activated their model homes with experiences like craft cocktail and mocktail bars, champagne, charcuterie spreads, a brunch bar, donut and cider bar, churro bar, and kid-friendly activities like face painting, LEGO building, photo booths, and putt-putt.

Located at the crossroads of the Fort Bend Parkway and Grand Parkway extensions (both expected to be completed in 2028), Austin Point is designed to support up to 50,000 residents across 14,000 homes, alongside community parks, mixed-use spaces, schools, and a lively social hub – The 1824 – expected to open February 2026.

Momentum is growing, and we’re thrilled to help more people discover what makes Austin Point such a special place to call home
